Hobz is a bakery specialising in naturally-fermented bread mostly made using UK grown grains, were possible Scottish and freshly milled in house. 

We also bake delicious pastries that excite the eye as well as the appetite. Our aim is to bring the Leith community, and Edinburgh as a whole, nourishment and joy through simple but creative baking. 

We love our craft. We love providing our vibrant community happiness through food. We seek perfection, but also realise this is impossible to achieve. We are at the mercy of temperamental dough and the weather.

Our coffee is carefully selected by local roasters, Machina Coffee. Their Clockwork v 6.2 espresso blend is our mainstay. We change our filter coffee offering regularly.
